"When I saw problems with the self-payments of my policy I approached the agency to ask the reasons and they always had some pretext, I sent and even personally delivered the same information as 4 times and to 3 different people and still the inconsistencies continued. Then my policy was canceled by mistake because there were vehicle confusion problems with my neighbor. I knew all those inconsistencies because I was the one who went to the agency, I never received a policy cancellation notification to my email or by phone before they did it (that's right, gentlemen, they let me circulate without insurance without notifying me first). Finally, they told me that it will be canceled definitively for having a speed ticket on my record in 2021. That's stupid."

We started with our home owners policy then quickly moved our vehicles over as well including a classic vehicle with their partner Hagerty. Her door is always open and she’s always going above and beyond for clients. Will stay with state farm indefinitely."
