Susan has been working for State Farm for the past 5 years. For the last 2 years, she has been a part of the Juarbe Agency, where she holds the position of Senior Office Associate and Service Team Lead. She is also proficient in selling auto insurance and financial services.

Beth has been with State Farm for over 20 years and has been a valuable member of both of Omar's offices since June of this year. Currently serving as a service specialist, she strives to assist as many customers as possible with claims, documents, and discounts. Before joining Omar's team, Beth worked as an office manager for a State Farm agent in Pennsylvania. With her extensive years of service and deep insurance knowledge, Beth aims to help the team operate smoothly and efficiently.

Elsie is a remote team member based outside of Houston, TX, that has years of customer service experience. She has 2 years of State Farm experience and has been with the Juarbe agency for 6 months. Currently her role at Juarbe Agency has been assisting our customers with coverage changes, policy changes, coverage questions, billing and anything in between. Jennica Gutierrez Vazquez has been working at State Farm since October 2023 as a licensed team member. Her primary responsibilities include handling underwriting service tasks and assisting walk-in customers. Prior to joining State Farm, Jennica worked as a receptionist for a mechanic and also served as a manager at Auto Zone. These experiences have equipped her with strong organizational and communication skills. She is perfecting how to process replacements for auto and fire policies, which allows her to efficiently handle service tasks. Jennica is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless insurance experience for our customers.

Jeremy Carvajal has been a dedicated member of the State Farm Stratford office for a year. In this role, he proactively identifies and contacts potential customers to generate new business, understands customer needs, and recommends appropriate insurance products, including auto, home, life, and health insurance. Jeremy collaborates with team members and management to develop and implement effective game plans while staying informed about State Farm products, services, and industry trends. Reyes Mora has been a dedicated member of the our team in for the past 7 months. In this role, Reyes provides comprehensive services to new and existing customers, addressing their diverse insurance needs with personalized attention. With over 4 years of prior experience, Reyes has honed skills in identifying customers' specific insurance requirements and building strong relationships. As a bilingual professional, Reyes effectively communicates with a wide range of customers and is passionate about educating the community on the importance of proper insurance coverage. Kiara Lizbeth Corporan has been a member of the agency's marketing team since October 2023. Her role involves driving revenue and providing excellent customer service to onboarding customers. Outside of State Farm, she is a successful lash technician with four years of business ownership experience. This background has proven valuable in her marketing role, as she excels in promoting products for her lash business and offering insurance options. Her ultimate goal is to expand her business and open her own State Farm agency, leveraging the knowledge gained from her lash business. Kiara is driven by her passion for marketing and entrepreneurship and is excited about the opportunities ahead.

Ruth Gomez is a Service/Support office associate at the CT Legacy office since August 2023. She assists with production operations and provides exceptional customer care to customers. With over 10 years of experience in the Public Administration and Customer Service fields, Ruth has honed the skills essential for her role at the agency.

Vivian J. Patino is a dedicated member of the MOA team at the Hackensack State Farm office, where she has worked since August 23rd. As part of the Service team, Vivian ensures policyholders receive top-notch customer service, helping them understand their policies, processing payments, explaining bills, and maintaining consistent communication. She also supports the associates with Fire, Renters’, Homeowners’, Umbrella, and LIFE policies, aiming to secure positive Google reviews and referrals.

She has 14 years of experience as a social worker in Northern New Jersey and over 20 years in customer service, Vivian is fluent in both Spanish and English. Her marketing background and collaborative skills further enhance her role. As a mother and recent cat owner, she brings patience and flexibility to her interactions with families. Vivian is passionate about LIFE policies and aspires to become a LIFE Policy Specialist and Trainer.

Yamilet has been with the State Farm office for nearly a year, with her one-year anniversary approaching next month. She serves as the receptionist at the office, where she is responsible for answering calls and assisting walk-in customers. Yamilet's ability to multitask effectively contributes significantly to her role, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Her problem-solving skills further enhance her contributions to the team, allowing her to address and resolve issues promptly.

Alex joined the State Farm office in New Jersey in July 2024 as a Social Media Coordinator. With a bachelor's degree in digital marketing, his expertise in these areas greatly contributes to his role. As the Social Media Coordinator, Alex's primary responsibilities include content creation and management across various social media platforms for the Juarbe Agency. He brings in-depth knowledge of many social media platforms and tools to the team, along with skills in video and photo editing. Alex dedicates every moment in the office to learning and honing his skills.

Cecilia works for the State Farm office remotely as a Customer Service Representative. She can usually be found answering customer calls and assisting existing customers with anything in regards to their services, policies, and providing any information they may need. She has 8 years of customer service experience prior to working at State Farm and she prides herself in taking excellent care of people and understanding that good service is rooted in empathy.

Renee is a dedicated professional with 12 years of experience at State Farm, working across 21 offices in both in-person and remote capacities since 2018. Currently serving as a Remote Service Specialist, she is responsible for providing our customers with exceptional customer service. With her extensive background working with various agents and offices, Renee brings a wealth of knowledge and adaptability to her role. Mariana has been with the State Farm office since July 2024. She serves as the HR & Operations Coordinator, where her primary responsibilities include coordinating HR functions and supporting various areas of the business to achieve organizational goals. Mariana holds an MBA with a concentration in HR, which significantly contributes to her role at State Farm. Gisela has been with State Farm since March of 2024, working remotely as a Customer Service Representative.
